I just bought the 2025 Arc'teryx Solano Hoody in that nice Cloud Blue color at the store this weekend. They said the fabric was upgraded and they changed to an embroidered logo, but man, the price jumped up to $400.

There are these bumps sticking out, and it's definitely not just a crease.
I compared it to this Kolon soft - shell jacket I have. It's got the same Gore - tex windstopper fabric. I've worn that Kolon jacket like seven or eight times already, and there's not a single sign of delamination in the same elbow areas. And let me tell you, the Kolon is way cheaper than this Arc'teryx. I can't believe I shelled out all that money for an Arc'teryx, only to get such a disappointing product.Â
