I actually took these up Mount San Jacinto (over 10,000 feet!) in Southern California and the shoes were amazing at every step. I only got one blister, and that was my fault for not wearing the right socks! These shoes really do perform as described and I will keep using them for the foreseeable future.
Overall, the KEEN Voyageur is a solid hiking shoe. The roomy toe box and excellent traction are definite pros. On the downside, I found the arch support to be a little lacking. If you have high arches, you might want to consider adding an insole. Another thing to note is that they aren't waterproof. For drier climates, this is perfectly fine, but if you're hiking in wet conditions, you'll need to look elsewhere. As for improvements, a touch more cushion in the forefoot would be welcome. Ultimately, if you're looking for a comfortable, breathable hiking shoe for moderate terrain, the KEEN Voyageur is definitely worth considering.
