Levi’s is set to acquire US brand Beyond Yoga for an undisclosed amount as it expands into athleisurewear.
Beyond Yoga sells activewear for women in a range of sizes, from XXS to 4X, as well as selling dresses and jumpsuits.
Levi’s said Beyond Yoga would operate as a standalone division, and contribute over £72 million to the company’s net revenue in the fiscal year 2022.
Beyond Yoga co-founder Michelle Wahler will continue on as chief executive and report to Levi’s president and chief executive Chip Bergh.
“We are honored and excited to become a part of the Levi Strauss & Co. family,” Wahler said.
“Joining its portfolio will enable us to accelerate our growth by leveraging the experience and resources of its team and its global infrastructure.”
