Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional delivery charges. Expedited orders are usually shipped the next day if the order is placed before 10 a.m. CT. If you live near Garland, Texas, you may also make arrangements to pick up the order from their warehouse.
If you're not satisfied with the item, you have 30 days to return the product in its original condition. Before returning the item, call their customer service to get a return authorization number. After the approval, fill the return form and send it to their warehouse address. Once received, they will refund the total amount. It's also important to remember that they may charge a restocking fee on some of the bulkier items. Similarly, you will need to pay the shipping cost to return the item.
