You can return items to Betsey Johnson for a refund within 30 days of delivery as long as they haven’t been used or worn. Make sure that all original tags are still attached. To return an item, you’ll need to get a return authorization by contacting customer service or clicking the “Return Request” link in your order history. When you do, Betsey Johnson will give you a prepaid return label.
