All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard ground shipping takes 3-7 days to be processed and delivered. For domestic orders, they offer Next Day Air, 2-Day Shipping and 3-Day Shipping options at the checkout. International shipping takes an estimated 7-18 business days to be processed and delivered. Orders will not be shipped out or delivered on weekends and holidays.
The Gelato Pique policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the package arrived at the shipping address, unfortunately, they will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order for the return to be eligible. Returns made in original packaging is ideal - if not please ship it in clean bag or container in order to prevent damage.
