Storets US Shopping Policy

Orders that total over $75 are eligible for free shipping worldwide. Orders that total less than $75 are subject to a $15 shipping fee regardless of your location. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, and they usually arrive at their destinations within two to five business days. Any applicable customs duties, taxes or fees are your responsibility, and customs may delay delivery if you do not pay applicable fees. All orders from storets.com require an adult's signature upon delivery to be released.

Storets US Return Policy

Unwanted items must be returned to Storets within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Items must also be in unworn and original condition for a refund to be released. All tags, stickers and packaging must be attached to returned items, and you must contact Storets customer service to receive an RMA code before you ship your items back to the company. Storets does not offer exchanges.
