The Sak Shopping Policy
You receive free ground shipping on all orders over $100. Purchases under $100 and those requiring expedited transport of overnight or two-day shipping will have an additional flat fee applied at checkout.
The Sak Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. If the ship date is over 30 days, but still less than a year, and the product is defective, you can return it for store credit that is issued in the form of a promo code. Return postage will be paid by thesak.com if you use their return label.
