Who Can Shop The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has been open to the general public since July 28. That means everyone has access to all of the same deals that were available to Nordstrom cardholders earlier this month, regardless of whether you’re a Nordy Club rewards member or not.

Do You Need A Nordstrom Card For The Anniversary Sale?

No, you don’t need to have a Nordstrom card in order to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Having one gets you early access to the sale, but the retailer eventually opens it up to the general public. That said, you do earn rewards points for every dollar you spend at Nordstrom when you pay with the card, so it could be worth signing up for one if you’re planning to spend a lot during this year’s event.

How Often Is The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale only happens once a year, so if you don’t take advantage of the deals during its two-week window, you’ll have to wait until the following year to see similar discounts. The savings event typically starts in mid July (just like it did this year), although in 2020 it was postponed until mid August due to the pandemic.

When Does The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale End?

This year’s Nordstrom Anniversary Sale ends at midnight PDT on August 8, or 3AM EDT on August 9th. That means as of today, there are just three full days left to shop the markdowns.

Do Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Items Restock?

Whether or not a discounted item gets restocked depends on how much inventory Nordstrom has received. In some cases, they’ll be getting additional shipments of the item you have your eye on, so you’ll get another chance to purchase it later on in the sale. On the other hand, if the department store sells through its entire stock of an item and they’re not expecting additional shipments, then you’re out of luck.

Buy Online & Pick Up in Store or Curbside

Get your items faster with free in-store or curbside pickup. Just enter your zip code to see local pickup locations—in-store pickup of Nordstrom.com items is now also available at some Nordstrom Rack locations!

1) Set Your Store in a Search Results Page

When you're viewing a category or search results page, look for "Free Pickup" in your filter options. Tap "Set location" and enter your zip code. Select the store where you'd like to pick up your items and start shopping. You can choose "Pick Up Today" to shop a single store's selection or "Pick Up Tomorrow" to shop a wider selection in your area and we'll get it to your chosen store the next day.

2) Set Your Store on a Product Details Page

On a product details page, select "Free Pickup," enter your zip code and select your store. Hit the "Add to Bag" button and check out. 

3) Pick Up in Store or Curbside

You'll get an email or app notification when your order is ready for pickup letting you know where to go inside the store or directions for Curbside Pickup (Curbside Pickup is available at Nordstrom stores only, not at Nordstrom Rack stores). When you get to the store, we may ask to see your personal identification. We'll hold your order for 7 days, so stop by soon!

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?

Can I request Curbside Pickup at multiple stores?

Yes, but only one order—and store—at a time. After you pick up your first order at the first store, you'll be able to request Curbside Pickup for another order at a different store.

Each store has designated parking for Curbside Pickup. When your order is ready, the specific pickup area will be listed in your order details.

How long will I have to pick up my order?
