My New Favorite Trail - Running Shoes: Salomon Thundercross GORE - TEX review

You know, I had this pair of trail - running shoes that bit the dust after one Spartan race. I mean, they were completely trashed, so I just had to toss 'em. Ever since then, I've been on the hunt for a new pair.

At first, I was all set on getting those Hoka Speedgoat shoes. But when I saw them in person, man, they were way too wide. And let's be real, they were ugly as sin! I just couldn't get past the way they looked.

Then I walked over to the Salomon store. Their Quest series is super popular, and they had all these cool colors. But when I tried them on, the soles were as hard as a rock. There's no way those would be good for long - distance trail running.

So, I started looking at their other trail - running shoes. That's when I spotted the Salomon Thundercross. It just looked so plain sitting on the shelf. But as soon as I put them on, holy cow! They looked amazing on my feet. The bounce back, the shock absorption, and the overall feel were top - notch. And just by looking at the soles, I could tell they'd have great grip. And the best part? No laces! It's so convenient. I was sold right then and there. I can't wait to take these bad boys out on the trails!
