    CVS.com review: Pharmacist and technician a wining pair

    The CVS cashier & floor staff are unfriendly sullen and seemingly unhappy with their jobs BUT the Pharmacist is truly bright welcoming and a great listener! The technician is a very hard worker always friendly the pair are a great customer experience! The front store retail has a manager that for the most part unreliable especially if you are waiting for restock of the item you hope to buy! But again the pharmacist & technician are so helpful and knowledgeable and courteous! They make you forget the sullen unfriendly floor staff and cashiers in the pharmacy!

    CVS.com review: Disappointed in CVS pharmacy

    I go in to CVS quite often, as I purchase a specific antacid pill and hair dye there, among some other health and beauty items. I must say I rarely complain about companies but I am going to make a complaint today, the length of their receipts is ridiculous, they give me coupons for stuff that I just purchased! And give me only one week to redeem the coupon to buy more. Well I don't know about you but I can't turn around in less than a week and go back and buy the same item cuz I'm not wealthy enough! I don't have that in my budget! Why don't they give a longer expiration date on the coupons I purchase enough to last me at least three or four weeks! And this happens all the time, in addition to that nearly every time I go into one of the stores they're out of my specific hair color, I know it's very popular so you would think that they would order extra ones of those in! I'm really disappointed in CVS and this has been a long time coming.

    CVS.com review: Be cautious with COVID 19 Testing

    I would not recommend CVS for any COVID 19 testing. I scheduled a COVID Rapid Result test after filling out a questionnaire required for the appointment. I included the number of days I had symptoms on the questionnaire. The rapid result test came back negative. I was told that because I did not have symptoms for 5 or more days, the result may be a false negative. It was recommended that I do a drive thru/lab test for COVID. The questionnaire didn't give me any warning of a potentially invalid rapid result test if symptoms weren't evident for 5 or more days. CVS is double billing insurance companies with this procedure. Do not go there for COVID testing.
