ParkSleepFly Return Policy

Many reservations are eligible for refunds, but the policy varies depending on the package, hotel or parking facility that you book. Listings that say "Free Cancellation" can usually be canceled within the first 24 hours for a full refund of your reservation price. After 24 hours, the ParkSleepFly service fee is non-refundable, but you may be able to get the rest of your money back as long as you request a refund before the check-in date. To initiate a cancellation, you may need to contact both the hotel and ParkSleepFly. Some deals specifically state that they are non-refundable, and no exceptions to that policy will be made.
